Just like you, we are closely monitoring new developments regarding COVID-19 (corona-virus). The health and safety of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance.  

We are committed to doing everything we can to make your visit to our dealership comfortable and safe.  

While our dealership is thoroughly cleaned each night, we've decided to raise our usual standards of cleanliness and health safety even higher. Maintaining the status quo has never been good enough for our dealership…and it shouldn't be for you either. Please know that our intention is to be a leader in meeting the challenge of the corona-virus.

Parts, Service and Quick Lane are open 7AM-6PM Monday-Friday and 7AM-5PM on Saturday. 

The SALES DEPARTMENT is open 8AM-8PM Monday-Saturday.
 New and Used vehicle transactions can be completed online with vehicle delivery to our customer's residence. 

Out of care for our employees and customers we have instituted a disinfection process for your vehicle when coming for service. The disinfectants we use have been formulated for the most effective use against COVID-19. Clean all high touch areas, cleaned prior and following any service work:

  • Exterior driver side door handle,
  • Steering wheel including buttons,
  • Center console, gear selector,
  • Radio/heat/AC areas,
  • Start/Stop button, drivers armrest,
  • Window/mirror controls,
  • Rear view mirror, seat belt,
  • Key fob, seat adjustment controls, touchscreen,
  • Plastic seat cover and floor mat cover, and other touch points

What We Are Doing Differently:

We have implemented several new policies and procedures, which follow recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

  • We are in constant communication with our employees to reinforce our sanitation safety procedures. In addition, we are sanitizing high-traffic public areas at an increased frequency.

  • We have added additional hand sanitizer throughout the dealership for the convenience of our customers and employees, and have implemented stringent hand washing and sanitizing procedures to take place multiple times a day.

  • All dealership personnel are required to stay home from work if they develop respiratory, fever or flu-like symptoms.

  • In addition we want all of our customers to know they are able to reach out to us online or through phone communication for both service and sales. Whenever possible, we can arrange pick-up and delivery for service and for purchase of new and pre-owned vehicles.

  • Our Service Department will remain open and continues to be available to serve you daily and though 24 hour drop box service. - If you would like to utilize the drop box service, just leave your locked in the customer parking lot, deposit your keys in the box with your name and number and service will contact you the next morning.

  • Service reservations can continue to be made online or over the phone so that Team Ford Lincoln can continue to provide you and your vehicle with service.
